Abstract:
A quantitative discharger and an intelligent automated cooking and quantitatively-discharging device. The quantitatively-discharging device comprises a bucket (1), a cover (2), a rotating member (4), a spiral blade (5), a quantifying container (7), a discharging turnplate (8), a circular-ring supporting base (9) and a driving mechanism. The intelligent automated cooking and quantitatively discharging device may stir contained materials when cooking food so as to enable the materials to be heated more uniformly, thereby reducing cooking time and achieving the objective of materials not sticking to the bottom by using steaming for heating; and after rice is cooked, the blade (5) which rotates forwards may beat the rice to be loose, that way the rice does not cluster or lump together. A discharging port (3) arranged at the bottom of the bucket (1) is used to connect to the quantifying container (7). When the rotating member (4) rotates in reverse, the spiral blade (5) is driven downwards to press the contained materials into the quantifying container (7) connected to the discharging port (3) for quantitative discharging so as to achieve the objective of continuous and automatic filling and discharging.
