Abstract:
An intelligent automatic detection device for a motor commutator, comprising: a detection platform (1), a conveying component (3), a feeding component (4), and a detecting component (5). A first cylinder (524) is started by adjusting the distance between a vertical pin (5216) and an abutting column (5217) to a qualified value. The movable end of the first cylinder (524) drives an L-shaped moving plate (523) to descend until a detecting rod (529) abuts against the inner bottom of the motor commutator, the detecting rod (529) pushes a moving rod (526) after being stressed, and then makes a panel (5213) connected to the moving rod (526) push detection tips of dial indicators (5215), performs depth detection to obtain data, blows air into an air bag (5218) by means of a vacuum suction pipe (5219), and the air bag (5218) expands to the same size as the internal volume of the motor commutator. When the size of the air bag (5218) exceeds or does not reach the standard value, a negative pressure sensor (5220) gives an alarm reminder, and the provided dial indicators (5215) can be arranged in multiple groups.
