Abstract:
The present utility model relates to an intelligent beverage extraction cooling machine, comprising a housing and a heating cylinder, a hot liquid container, a cold liquid container, a pot cover, a pot cover lifting mechanism, a cooling system and a plurality of connecting pipes which are installed in the housing. The pot cover lifting mechanism drives the pot cover to descend into the hot liquid container while carrying a material bag; the heating cylinder heats a liquid and conveys the liquid to the hot liquid container; the material bag is steeped in the hot liquid to obtain a hot beverage; and after the hot beverage is cooled by passing through the cooling system, a cold liquid beverage meeting a temperature requirement may be prepared. Compared with the prior art, additional ice cubes need not be added, the degree of automation is high, and the invention does not depend on the skill proficiency of personnel; in addition, taste will not be affected by a beverage being excessively diluted nor being too strong; moreover, a cold liquid beverage having a delicious taste and having the original flavor may be prepared, and the liquid beverage may block fragrances at a low temperature, thereby preventing bitterness and a rancid flavor that are easily produced by a high-temperature liquid beverage, and bringing a better experience to a user. In addition, the pot cover lifting mechanism drives the pot cover to be opened obliquely, thereby facilitating discharging.
