Abstract:
Provided is an intelligent bottom thread changing robot apparatus for an embroidery machine, the apparatus comprising: a carrier (1); a standby bobbin case storage device (2); a bobbin case conveying robot arm (4), wherein the bobbin case conveying robot arm has degrees of freedom comprising at least one first rotational degree of freedom capable of enabling a rotational movement to be close to and away from the standby bobbin case storage device, and several second degrees of freedom, a motion trajectory of the second degree of freedom being located in a plane where a rotation axis of the rotational degree of freedom is located; and a bobbin case gripping device (5). The apparatus can achieve, among multiple computerized embroidery machines, automatic bobbin case replacement in a multi-head and ultra-long computerized embroidery machine, automatic placement of standby bobbin cases and automatic collection of empty bobbin cases and bobbin cores, and solves the problem of the manual replacement of bobbin cases being time consuming and laborious in the industry of computerized embroidery machines.
