Abstract:
An intelligent controller (2) for an electric balancing one-wheeled scooter comprises: a circuit board (3), wherein the circuit board (3) is connected to an external DC lithium battery, and a plurality of chip circuits are integrated on the circuit board. The plurality of chip circuits comprises a microprocessor chip circuit (4), and a power chip circuit (5), a driver chip circuit (6) of a motor, a current sampling sensor chip circuit (7) and a gyro sensor chip circuit (8) all connected to the microprocessor chip circuit (4). The power chip circuit (5) comprises a dual DC-DC power chip circuit. A first chip (51) in the dual DC-DC power chip circuit converts a high DC voltage of the DC lithium battery down to a medium voltage, and a second chip (52) in the dual DC-DC power chip circuit converts the medium voltage down to a low voltage. The low voltage is used to power the chip circuits, and the medium voltage is used to power components on the circuit board which need to be powered by a medium voltage. The entire circuit board of the intelligent controller basically uses chips for connection, and therefore has high efficiency, low power consumption, and fast response.
