Abstract:
Disclosed are an intelligent diagnostic assistance method, a device, and an apparatus. The method comprises: receiving a voice command input by a user (101); acquiring, according to the voice command, diagnostic assistance information of a vehicle (102); and presenting the diagnostic assistance information to the user (103). In the present technical solution, a voice command input by a user is received, diagnostic assistance information of a vehicle is acquired according to the voice command, and the diagnostic assistance information is presented to the user, such that the user can query the diagnostic assistance information of the vehicle by means of a voice command before or during maintenance without manually searching a maintenance manual, thereby improving maintenance efficiency, saving time for the user, and providing convenience for the user.
