Abstract:
Provided is an intelligent diesel vehicle exhaust gas treatment system, which comprises an exhaust gas purifier, a sensor and an automatic controller (9); the exhaust gas purifier comprises a gas inlet pipe (1), a housing (2), and a gas outlet pipe (3); the housing (2) is internally provided with an airflow distribution plate (4); the airflow distribution plate (4) divides the housing (2) into two muffler chambers A and B, the gas inlet pipe (1) is in communication with muffler chamber A, and the gas outlet pipe (3) is in communication with muffler chamber B; the airflow distribution plate (4) is provided with ventilation holes (41); muffler chamber B is provided with a honeycomb oxidation catalyst carrier (5) and a particle trap (6); the exhaust gas purifier can reduce the exhaust gas of diesel vehicles by 90% and can be fixed on the chassis of the vehicle with a hoop as a replacement for the original exhaust muffler; the sensor is used to collect the working temperature and exhaust back pressure of the exhaust gas purifier when the vehicle is driven. The automatic controller monitors and displays the exhaust temperature and back pressure value, and promptly alerts a driver or an environmental protection management department for maintenance when the exhaust gas purifier experiences a malfunction,.
