An intelligent electronic candle comprises a housing (1) which is of a cylindrical hollow structure, wherein a circulating water pump (2) and a water collection tank (3) are provided inside the housing (1). The circulating water pump (2) is provided below the water collection tank (3). Multiple overflow holes (32) are provided on the top of the water collection tank (3). The top of the circulating water pump (2) is connected to a water pump outlet pipe (21). A water pump outlet (22) is provided on the top end of the water pump outlet pipe (21). The water pump outlet (22) is in communication with the water collection tank (3). An LED lamp (4) is provided on an outer side of the water pump outlet pipe (21). The intelligent electronic candle further comprises a power supply (5) provided with a charging port (51). The LED lamp (4) is connected to the power supply (5) by means of a power supply line (6). A control circuit board (8) is provided at the inner lower part of the housing (1), and is provided with a microprocessor (81), a clock module (82), a wireless communication module (83), and a voice operated switch (84). The electronic candle is simple in structure principle and convenient to use, has advantages of being environment-friendly, secure, beautiful, and low in cost, and can achieve voice operation, remote control, and timed on/off of the LED lamp (4).
