Abstract:
An intelligent embroidery machine bobbin thread replacing robot and an automatic bobbin thread replacing method. The device comprises a mobile positioning means, a standby bobbin case storage barrel (3), a bobbin case collecting and conveying mans, and a control means; the mobile positioning means comprises a walking trolley (23) and a mobile working table (28) disposed on the walking trolley (23); the bobbin case collecting and conveying means comprises a turning unit, robotic arms, robotic palms, and an empty bobbin case collecting unit; the turning unit and the standby bobbin case storage barrel (3) are disposed on the mobile working table (28); the robotic arms are connected to the turning unit and the robotic palms; the empty bobbin case collecting unit comprises a bobbin case bobbin plate mounting base (68), an empty bobbin case collecting box (9), and a wrist one-way door collecting hopper (13). Automatic replacement of bobbin cases (bobbins) in multiple computerized embroidery machines and in multi-head and ultra-long computerized embroidery machines can be implemented, and empty bobbin cases and bobbins are automatically collected, thereby solving the problem of manual replacement of bobbin cases (bobbins) in computerized embroidery machine industry.
