Abstract:
An intelligent flow-field calculation method and intelligent flow-field calculation system employing an acoustic Doppler current profiler. The method comprises the following steps: measuring a velocity vector of a river cross-section to be measured (S1); creating a river profile model so as to map the spatial distribution of velocity to a real-world river channel (S2); using data of a measured region as a definite condition and performing feature extraction (S3); calculating, according to extracted features, velocity distribution across the entire cross-section (S4); and calculating a flow rate by means of a flow field (S5). The method uses an artificial intelligence algorithm to replace manual calibration, achieves high precision and high efficiency, and enables full automation of the whole process.
