Abstract:
An intelligent grinding device for casting parts. A first linear module disposed in a Z direction is mounted on a base; a second linear module disposed in an X direction is mounted on a sliding table of the first linear module; an upright disposed in a Y direction is mounted on a sliding table of the second linear module; a third linear module disposed in the Y direction is mounted on one side of the upright; a connecting plate is mounted on a sliding table of the third linear module; an offset swing head is provided on the connecting plate; a grinding spindle is mounted on a swing head body of the offset swing head; a feeding and discharging assembly is provided on a side of the base in the X direction. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages of being high in grinding efficiency, short in grinding time, and capable of ensuring product machining precision.
