Abstract:
An intelligent hacksaw capable of quickly disassembling and assembling a saw blade, comprising: a handle 1, the top which is provided with a forward insertion hole 2, and the lower portion is provided with a tensioning assembly; a frame head 9, the upper portion of which is provided with a backward insertion hole 10; and an arc beam 12, two ends of which are respectively inserted into the insertion hole in the handle and the insertion hole in the frame head, wherein the top of the handle is provided with an upward mounting slot 13. The intelligent hacksaw further comprises an elastic locking mechanism. A tensioning handle 4 is pressed to lock a clamping wheel 5 by the elastic locking mechanism before the clamping wheel 5 rotates to a tight clamping point. The intelligent hacksaw further comprises an intelligent light-sensing lighting device. During unlocking of the intelligent hacksaw, because the tensioning handle is in a rebounding state, the tensioning handle can automatically rebound only by unlocking the elastic locking mechanism, and the purpose of quickly replacing the saw blade can be realized. Moreover, due to the arrangement of the intelligent light-sensing lighting device, a lighting source is automatically turned on in a dark environment, and the intelligent hacksaw is convenient to use in the dark environment.
