An intelligent helmet system (1) for identifying vehicle (12) usage via detection and identification equipment (2). The intelligent helmet system (1) can calculate and identify direction, position, angle, and distance data of traffic lights (8), road lines (11), road shoulders (9), parking lines (10), and vehicles (12); when a user uses a vehicle (12) to drive on the road, the intelligent helmet system (1) collects images on the road, performs calculation and comparison, and identifies the direction, position, angle, and distance data of traffic lights (8), road markings (11), road shoulders (9), and parking lines (10) with respect to the helmet; when a processor (3) identifies that a traffic light (8) is red, or performs identification and determines that the user is driving against the flow of traffic, a notification device (6) provides a cease driving warning, or a motor of the vehicle (12) is shut off and an intelligent lock (13) is locked to stop driving; and the processor (3) identifies the angle and the positional distance of the vehicle (12) with respect to a road shoulder (9) and a parking line (10), and the intelligent helmet system (1) determines whether the vehicle (12) is parked reasonably, while simultaneously notifying the user to reasonably park as regulated.
