An intelligent home door warning device comprises a moving door (25), a hinge (26), a door frame (27), an anti-pinch device (1) and a warning device (33). The anti-pinch device comprises a housing (3), a pendulum (4), a bolt device (5), an anti-pinch bolt (6), a cushioning seat (7) and a reset device (2). The bolt device (5) comprises a bolt (9), a tension spring (21) and a bolt seat (10). The warning device (33) is provided with a swing speed sensor (37) and a human body sensor (34). When the intelligent home door warning device is in use, the moving door (25) swings rapidly, causing the pendulum (4) to inertially impact the bolt (9), such that the bolt (9) is released from a bolt hole (24), an anti-pinch column (13) rises rapidly, and an anti-pinch head (28) is stopped by the cushioning seat (7), thereby preventing the moving door (25) from being shut abruptly. Meanwhile, the swing speed sensor (37) at the moving door (25) transmits a signal to the warning device (33) at the door frame. When a child is approaching the door frame (27), the human body sensor (34) at the door frame (27) transmits a signal to the warning device (33). Upon receiving the above two signals, the warning device (33) controls a speaker (36) thereof to issue a warning, and sends, by means of a Bluetooth device (35), information to a mobile phone of a parent of the child, such that a timely action can be taken to protect the child from being injured by the door.
