Abstract:
An intelligent integrated high-voltage alternating-current contactor, comprising a pole rod (1), a body (2), a body controller (4) and a proximitor (3). The pole rod is fixedly connected to an upper top surface of the body via a lower bolt or nut. The body controller is embedded in the body after being arranged in a metal housing. A microprocessor circuit (24), a serial communication interface circuit (23), a switching-off and switching-on control circuit (36) and a filter circuit (26) are arranged in the body controller. The body controller is connected to the proximitor via a serial communication channel (54). Connecting ends of the serial communication channel are respectively provided with an electrical isolation device. A vacuum switch tube (5) and an insulator (6) which are axially connected are arranged in the pole rod. An electromagnetic drive mechanism (7), an energy dissipation device (18) and a switching-off and switching-on energy dissipation device (8) which are axially connected are arranged in the body, wherein the electromagnetic drive mechanism is connected to a stroke detection device connected to the body controller. The intelligent integrated high-voltage alternating-current contactor has the advantages of a high degree of intellectualization and integration, being fully functional, having a simple structure, being convenient for forming a complete set, having easiness in operation maintenance, a high reliability, a high switching-off and switching-on speed, no bounce and a high phase control precision, and zero switching can be realized.
