Abstract:
An intelligent label, a method and a device for coating the glue thereof are provided.
The intelligent label has a silicon slice and an antenna united through the conductive
adhesive, and the protection glue is coated on the exposed surface of the silicon
slice. On the coating glue device, adopting the method for spotting the glue to
cover the protect layer and the glue solution with a certain concentration to
precisely controls the quantity of glue solution dripped on the surface of the
silicon slice by the spotting glue head, and within a certain pressure and time,
and the glue solution flows flatly and naturally to form the intelligent label.
The device is to precisely array and locate the silicon slice and the antenna united
through the conductive adhesive on a coiling belt. The device comprises a multi-head
automatic spotting glue stand, a solidifying machine and a conveying draught
system consisting of a driving motor or three lead screws or three cylinders,
a sensor and a special electronic controller etc.
