Abstract:
An intelligent log cutting and sawing machine, comprising a feeding and sorting device (1), a cutting machine (2) and a discharging device (3). The feeding and sorting device (1) comprises a feeding conveyor chain (11), a base (12) provided below the rear part of the feeding conveyor chain (11), and a feeding motor (17) and a pitch adjustment mechanism (4) which are fixed to the base (12). An output shaft of the feeding motor (17) is transmittingly connected to a driving sprocket of the feeding conveyor chain (11). After a plurality of support rods (15) penetrate through brackets on both sides of the feeding conveyor chain (11), two ends of each support rod (15) are fixed to the base (12), respectively. The cutting machine (2) comprises a machine tool (21), and a controller (214), a feeding device (5) and a cutting mechanism which are fixed to the machine tool. The base (12) is fixed to the machine tool (21). The cutting mechanism comprises a plurality of saw blade groups in different diameters and used for cutting logs (91). The pitch adjustment mechanism (4) is driven by the controller (214) to operate for adjusting the position of the feeding conveyor chain (11) on the base (12), so that a channel sawed by the cutting machine (2) is selected according to the diameter data of the logs (91). The outturn rate of the logs (91) is maximized, and the sorting and stacking procedures for different log (91) diameters are reduced, and the production efficiency and social efficiency are improved greatly.
