Abstract:
An intelligent marine oil contamination adsorption apparatus comprises an oil slick absorption device (1), a transmission device (2), a wind-driven conveying device (3), a heat pump device (4), and a controller (5). The oil slick absorption device comprises an oil absorption conveyer belt (6), a floating body (7) and an oil absorption ball (8); the wind-driven conveying device comprises a fan (9), a cyclone separator (10), and a first rotary valve (11); the heat pump device comprises a refrigeration box (12) and an oil dissolving box (13). The oil absorption conveyer belt is installed on the floating body, the oil absorption ball is located on the oil absorption conveyer belt, and the floating body is connected to a hull (14). During use, the oil absorption ball is conveyed to perform circulating movement by using the oil slick absorption device, the transmission device and the wind-driven conveying device, the oil absorption ball is cooled by using the refrigeration box of the heat pump device, oil slick of the ocean or river is solidified and absorbed by using the cooled oil absorption ball, and the oil slick absorbed by the oil absorption ball is dissolved by using the oil dissolving box of the heat pump device. The heat pump device treats oil contamination by means of cooling and heating, and no oil absorption fiber material is used. An oil contamination removal process is energy-saving and environmentally-friendly, and no oil absorption material is consumed.
