Abstract:
Disclosed are an intelligent monitoring system and method for the deformation amount of a support hanger. The system comprises: a laser emitter arranged at one end of a cross arm of a support hanger or one of two stand columns; a temperature target device arranged at the other end of the cross arm of the support hanger or the other stand column of the two stand columns coaxially arranged with the laser emitter; a microprocessor connected to each built-in temperature sensor of the temperature target device, wherein the microprocessor determines, according to a laser temperature value detected by the temperature target device, which round target of the temperature target device is aligned with the laser emitter so as to monitor whether the support hanger is deformed and monitor a deformation amount of the support hanger when the support hanger is deformed; and an alarm connected to the microprocessor, wherein when the microprocessor determines that the support hanger is deformed, according to the deformation amount of the support hanger, the alarm is controlled to send out different alarm signals. According to the present invention, the deformation conditions and the deformation degree of the support hanger can be determined, and the monitoring intelligence, automation and rapidness are achieved.
