An intelligent oxygen supply system (100), and charcoal grill (200) having the system. The intelligent oxygen supply system (100) comprises: an oxygen supply device (1), a temperature sensor (2), a temperature configuration device (3), a temperature controller (4), and a power supply device (5). The oxygen supply device (1) comprises a fan (12) and a channel (11). The fan (12) is connected to the temperature controller (4), and the temperature controller (4) controls an on-off state and a rotational speed of the fan. The fan (12) is also connected to the power supply device (5). The channel (11) has one end located at an airflow outlet of the fan and the other end located near a burning end to supply air to the burning end. The charcoal grill (200) comprises the intelligent oxygen supply system (100), a charcoal plate (6), a grill grid (7), etc. By providing a continuous oxygen supply adjustable according to an actual demand, the present invention enables automatic control of an oxygen supply amount to a charcoal grill, performs excellent control of the temperature of the surface of a grill grid (7) and food, and prevents waste of fuel by means of the intelligent oxygen supply system (100), thus improving fuel efficiency.
