Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an intelligent parking garage structure and a parking method thereof. The intelligent parking garage structure comprises a garage frame and a parking robot disposed on the garage frame. The garage frame comprises stilts, a three-dimensional empty space having multiple layers of parking spaces, and a vehicle transverse-movement frame located in front of the three-dimensional empty space and integrally connected to a frame beam in each layer of the three-dimensional empty space. The vehicle transverse-movement frame is provided with a transverse-movement rail in a horizontal X-axis direction. A transverse-movement pallet sliding along the transverse-movement rail is provided on the transverse-movement rail. A vehicle longitudinal-movement trolley moving in a horizontal Y-axis direction is provided on the transverse-movement pallet. A vehicle grabbing robot moves only in a spatial position of a vehicle parking and pick-up region, the vehicle grabbing motion is limited only in the vehicle parking and pick-up region and the first parking space layer, the movement range of the vehicle grabbing robot is greatly reduced; moreover, for a multilayer large-scale three-dimensional empty space, the working efficiency can be improved by increasing the number of transfer devices, and compared with increasing the number of the vehicle grabbing robots, the costs are greatly reduced, vehicle parking and pick-up is convenient, and no ground space is occupied.
