An intelligent power module (4100), an air conditioner controller, and an air conditioner. An overcurrent detection circuit (4302), an upper bridge overcurrent control circuit (4304), and a lower bridge overcurrent control circuit (4303) are added in the interior, and a sampling resistor (4301) is changed to be built-in, so that when overcurrent occurs in a drive load of the intelligent power module, a voltage signal on the sampling resistor during the overcurrent is fed back in a delayed manner, and thus voltage noise is filtered, and the accuracy of overcurrent detection is improved; and during the overcurrent, the upper bridge overcurrent control circuit and the lower bridge overcurrent control circuit respectively control a three-phase upper bridge arm IGBTs (4111, 4112, 4113) to be turned off and three-phase lower bridge arm IGBTs (4114, 4115, 4116) to be turned on, so that inductive charges generated by the load driven by the intelligent power module during the overcurrent are effectively released, thereby avoiding the impact of residual charges on the IGBTs, and improving the reliability of the intelligent power module.
