Abstract:
Disclosed by the present application are an intelligent power module and an air conditioner, the intelligent power module comprising: a first control signal receiving end and a second control signal receiving end, which receive control signals outputted by a main controller; a power factor correction power switch module, which comprises a gallium nitride high-electron mobility transistor, a base electrode of the gallium nitride high-electron mobility transistor being connected to the first control signal receiving end; an inverter bridge circuit; and a bridge arm drive circuit, a logic signal input end of the bridge arm drive circuit being connected to the second control signal receiving terminal, and a plurality of output ends of the bridge arm drive circuit being connected one-to-one to controlled ends of the inverter bridge circuit. The present application reduces the volume of the intelligent power module and reduces the area occupied by the intelligent power module on an electronic control board.
