Abstract:
An intelligent radiation sterilization device for waste, comprising a storage chamber (7), an operation main body (9), and a conveyor belt (18). The storage chamber (7) is mounted at a lower end of the operation main body (9). The conveyor belt (18) is mounted on the left side of the operation main body (9). Driven wheels (19) are mounted at two ends of the conveyor belt (18). The conveyor belt (18) is connected to the storage chamber (7) by means of a fixing frame (20). A cabinet (3) is mounted at a left end of the storage chamber (7). A driving electric pump (2) is mounted on the upper left side of an interior of the cabinet (3). A driving wheel (1) is mounted at a right end of the driving electric pump (2). The driving wheel (1) is connected to the driven wheels (19) via a belt (21). A power device (4) is mounted below the driving electric pump (2). A PLC electric control unit (5) is mounted on the right side of the power device (4). A feed incoming door (12) is mounted at a left end of the operation main body (9). A release device (11) is mounted at an upper end of an interior of the operation main body (9). An elimination device (16) is mounted at a right end of the interior of the operation main body (9). A movable door (17) is mounted at a lower end of the interior of the operation main body (9). The device of the present invention employs the intelligent control technology, is easy to use, and provides convenient operation.
