In order to realize a real-time positioning function, a rail code-scanning circuit is specifically designed, so that a user can visually determine an operating state thereof, and a network can also display an operating state of each player. Moreover, the present invention is easy for a user to control, and greatly increases the attractiveness to new users, such that the effect of a remote networking racing game is also more lifelike, interesting and educational, and is of great development value and promotion value.
