Abstract:
Disclosed are an intelligent rolling contact fatigue test system and a test method thereof; the intelligent rolling contact fatigue test system comprises a main test system (3), a loading system (4) and a test accompanying system (7), and further comprises a test device, the test device comprising a light source (S3), a CCD camera (S5) and a detection auxiliary device (S2); during the test, a roller test piece (306) and a test accompanying piece (706) are in contact with each other and rolled for a certain period of time, and then are installed into the detection auxiliary device (S2); in the case where lubrication oil is spattered, the roller test piece (306) and a rotating brush (S210) are simultaneously rotated; a surface image of the roller test piece (306) is dynamically acquired by means of the CCD camera (S5), and then a quantitative evaluation concerning the fatigue failure condition is performed by means of the pre-processing, processing and post-processing of the image, solving the problems that the existing rolling contact fatigue test machine cannot quantitatively evaluate the fatigue failure and cannot accurately obtain the material contact fatigue data, etc.
