Abstract:
An intelligent sample-retaining secondary warehouse, comprising: a warehouse body (100), the side portion thereof being provided with a first delivery window (103), the interior thereof is provided with several racks (101), and several trays (102) for storing drugs being placed on the racks (101); a tray storing and retrieving mechanism (200) that can actively move along the racks (101) and comprises a taking and placing assembly (1), the taking and placing assembly (1) comprising telescopic discs (12, 13) that can telescope, wherein the telescopic discs (12, 13) can extend into the racks (101) for taking and placing the trays (102) and carry the trays (102) to be conveyed outside the warehouse body (100) through the first delivery window (103); a caching platform (300) located on one side of the first delivery window (103) and used for caching the several trays (102) retrieved from the telescopic discs (12, 13); a manipulator (400) used for taking and placing the drugs in the trays (102) at the caching platform (300); and an exchange operation platform (500) divided into a manipulator operating region (50a) for allowing the manipulator (400) to take and place the drugs and a manual operating region (50b) for manually taking and placing the drugs, the exchange operation platform (500) comprising mobile stations (81, 91) for placing the drugs, wherein the mobile stations (81, 91) can move back and forth between the manipulator operating region (50a) and the manual operating region (50b). Automatic taking and placing of the drugs in the secondary warehouse can be implemented, so as to improve the storage and retrieval efficiency of the drugs.
