Abstract:
An intelligent scooter for elderly people, having a motor (1), a controller (2) and a detector (3) electrically connected to the controller (2). The detector (3) comprises a first detector (31) and a second detector (32) which are respectively used for collecting pedestrians and obstacles in front of and behind a driver. A first photographing apparatus (5) electrically connected to the controller (2) is also arranged on the scooter, and is used for collecting a road surface condition in front of the driver and transmitting a collected signal to the controller (2). A road surface speed module is embedded in the controller (2), selects a corresponding road surface speed according to the collected driving road surface condition, and controls a driving speed of the motor (1) by means of an instruction. The intelligent scooter selects a corresponding speed according to a road surface condition, overcomes the defect of slow driving of elderly people and disabled people, greatly improves road driving comfortability of a driver, and avoids potential safety hazards to pedestrians or the driver by means of automatically detecting pedestrians and obstacles.
