Abstract:
An intelligent stir fry machine comprises a housing (1), a water-supply switch (2), and the following devices provided inside the housing (1): a water spraying member (3), a cooking vessel (4), a cooking vessel driving device (5), a cooking vessel rotation angle detector (6), an ingredient feeding mechanism (7), a food waste processor (8), and a flow-guiding device (9). The ingredient feeding mechanism (7) comprises an ingredient container (70) and a container gate driving mechanism (71). The ingredient container (70) is provided right under the water spraying member (3) and positioned right above the cooking vessel (4). At least one water inlet (72) facing the corresponding water spraying member (3) is arranged at a top surface of the ingredient container (70). A bottom surface of the ingredient container (70) has at least one ingredient feeding opening (73) aligned with an opening of the cooking vessel (4) upon feeding of ingredients. A container gate (74) is provided at each ingredient feeding opening (73). The container gate driving mechanism (71) is used to control opening and closing of the container gate (74) correspondingly. An outlet (80) of the food waste processor (8) is in communication with a drainage opening (100). The flow-guiding device (9) is provided under the cooking vessel (4) and positioned right above the food waste processor (8). The cooking vessel driving device (5), the cooking vessel rotation angle detector (6), the container gate driving mechanism (71) and the water-supply switch (2) are all electrically connected to the control device (10). The intelligent stir fry machine enables washing of the ingredient feeding mechanism (7).
