Abstract:
An intelligent tactile pavement system, and a blind person walking assisting device (100) and method based on the intelligent tactile pavement system. The intelligent tactile pavement system comprises an electronic identification device (10) and a detection device (20); the electronic identification device (10) can be identified by the detection device (20), and the detection device (20) is used for prompting or guiding, by means of information obtained by identifying the electronic identification device (10), a blind person to walk. The blind person walking assisting device (100) comprises the detection device (20). The blind person walking assisting method based on the intelligent tactile pavement system comprises: detecting the electronic identification device (10) by means of the carry-on detection device (20); obtaining tactile pavement information by identifying the electronic identification device (10); and by means of the obtained tactile pavement information, prompting and assisting a blind person in walking. The effect of a tactile pavement on the road can be reduced, the tactile pavement can be conveniently utilized by a blind person, and the cost of tactile pavement construction is reduced.
