Abstract:
Disclosed is an intelligent wire stripping mechanism. The mechanism comprises: a wire clamping mechanism which comprises a clamping block for clamping a wire; a stripping-knife mechanism which comprises a stripping knife (28) for stripping the wire, wherein the point of the stripping knife (28) is located in a position at the edge of a clamping mouth of the clamping block; and a driving mechanism configured to drive the wire clamping mechanism and the stripping-knife mechanism to rotate together around the wire, wherein a plurality of turn-number recording contact points and a switch for recording turn-number proximity (9) that is capable of rotating along with the wire clamping mechanism are arranged on the driving mechanism. The switch for recording turn-number proximity (9) detects the turn-number recording contact points when the switch rotates, so as to obtain the number of rotating turns of the wire clamping mechanism, and then obtain the length of the wire that has been stripped by the stripping knife.
