Abstract:
An intensive flood irrigation channel, comprising an inner water-limiting dam wall (1) and an outer dam wall (3). The inner water-limiting dam wall (1) and the outer dam wall (3) are arranged in parallel. A channel (12) is found between the inner water-limiting dam wall (1) and the outer dam wall (3). The elevation of the channel (12) is lower than the minimum water level of a present section of riverbed. An outer dam wall water-limiting counterfort (2) is provided at a downstream extremity of the outer dam wall (3). A settled sand and flood discharging drain (4) is provided on the outer dam wall water-limiting counterfort (2). An overflow volume-adjustment sectional apron (13) is provided on the outside of the outer dam wall water-limiting counterfort (2). A settled sand and flood discharging drain gravitational apron (8) is provided on the outside of the settled sand and flood discharging drain (4). A channel gate (11) is provided downstream to the settled sand and flood discharging drain (4). A water supply inlet (5) is provided on the inner water-limiting dam wall (1) downstream to the channel gate (11). A water supply inlet pull-type apron (10) is provided on the inside of the water supply inlet (5). A water outlet (6) is provided downstream to the water supply inlet (5). A left-right pulling gate (7) is provided at the water outlet (6).
