Abstract:
An intention obtaining method, electronic device, and computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of: segmenting a text sentence into multiple words; mapping the multiple words obtained after segmentation to preset keywords; determining an intention node closest to the semantics of the mapped words in a preset knowledge map; performing semantic slot filling on the closest intention node according to a preset slot filling manner to obtain a slot-filled intention node; if the slot-filled intention node is an exit node, obtaining detailed intention information associated with the slot-filled intention node in a specified range in the detailed intention layer of the knowledge map according to intention information corresponding to the slot-filled intention node, and determining the intention of a user according to the obtained detailed intention information; if the slot-filled intention node is a non-exit node, determining the intention of the user according to a preset inquiry mode. The present invention improves the migration efficiency and human-computer interaction response speed.
