Abstract:
An intention recognition method, a recognition device and a computer-readable storage medium, wherein same are applied to the technical field of artificial intelligence. The method comprises: receiving a statement to be recognized input by a user, and carrying out word segmentation processing on said statement, so as to obtain a plurality of segmented words constituting said statement; traversing keywords under intention nodes of a pre-set intention concept tree, so as to determine first target keywords, hit by the plurality of segmented words, in the keywords under intention nodes; according to weights corresponding to the first target keywords, calculating intention scores of intentions, corresponding to the intention nodes, of said statement; determining the highest intention score from among the intention scores of the intentions corresponding to the intention nodes; and if the highest intention score is greater than a first threshold, determining that the intention of said statement is an intention corresponding to the highest intention score. The method facilitates an improvement in the accuracy of intention recognition.
