Abstract:

Provided are a method of a base station notifying a user equipment (UE) of resource allocation for a device to device (D2D) PSCCH, a corresponding base station and a UE. The method comprises: generating D2D authorization information comprising resource allocation indication information of the D2D PSCCH, the resource allocation indication information of the PSCCH indicating a time-frequency location of a first physical resource block pair for transmitting the PSCCH; and transmitting the D2D authorization information to the UE, the time-frequency location of a second physical resource block pair for transmitting the PSCCH being able to be exported in accordance with the time-frequency location of the first physical resource block pair.
