Abstract:

Provided in the embodiments of the present application are an inter-frame prediction method, an encoder, a decoder and a storage medium, the method comprising: parsing a code stream, and determining a prediction mode parameter of a current block; when the prediction mode parameter indicates to determine an inter-frame prediction value of the current block by using an inter-frame geometric partitioning mode (GPM), determining a GPM parameter of the current block, a fusion movement information candidate list of the current block and attribute information of movement information in the fusion movement information candidate list; determining, according to the GPM parameter, the fusion movement information candidate list and the attribute information, a first movement information mapping table of a first partition and a second movement information mapping table of a second partition; and determining the inter-frame prediction value of the current block according to the first movement information mapping table, the second movement information mapping table and the fusion movement information candidate list.
