Title:
INTER-STORY FLOOR STRUCTURE FOR APARTMENT BUILDING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/196819
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an Inter-story floor structure for an apartment building, which comprises: a synthetic resin layer (51) disposed on the upper surface of a concrete slab (1); a first moisture-proof film (52) disposed on the upper surface of the synthetic resin layer (51); a first synthetic resin layer (53) disposed on the upper surface of the first moisture-proof film (52) and having a plurality of regular hexagonal holes (53a) formed therethrough; a first cover (54) disposed on the upper surface of the first synthetic layer (53) and having a plurality of circular holes (54a) formed therethrough; a second moisture-proof film (55) disposed on the upper surface of the first cover (54); a second synthetic resin layer (56) disposed on the upper surface of the second moisture-proof film (55) and having a plurality of regular hexagonal holes (56a) formed therethrough; a second cover (57) disposed on the upper surface of the second synthetic resin layer (56) and having a plurality of circular holes (57a) formed therethrough; a third moisture-proof film (58) disposed on the second cover (57); a wire mesh (61) disposed on the upper surface of the third moisture-proof film (58); a concrete layer disposed on the upper surface of the wire mesh (61), having a plurality of warm water pipes (62) installed therein, and installed outward to have a predetermined height; a shade net (63) disposed on the upper surface of the concrete layer before concrete hardens; and a finishing layer (64) disposed on the upper surface of the shade net (63). The present invention has the synthetic resin layers having the plurality of regular hexagonal holes formed therein and arranged in a multilayered laminated structure, thereby effectively blocking noise and vibration transferred through the bottom and the side surfaces, reducing the thickness of the concrete layer at the floor, improving a heat retaining property due to a heat insulating effect of the synthetic resin layers, and preventing heat loss.
