An interactive display method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a readable medium, the method comprising: collecting display operation information of a user, the display operation information comprising the motion trajectory of the hand of the user during a display process (S110); determining the contour of an object according to the motion trajectory (S120); searching in a preset database for corresponding display information matching the contour (S130); and generating a display result according to the corresponding display information (S140).
