Abstract:

Provided are: an interchangeable lens that transmits necessary information to a camera body; a camera body that carries out processing using information from the interchangeable lens; and a camera that is configured from this camera body and interchangeable lens. The interchangeable lens comprises: a movable focal-point optical system; and a communication unit that transmits to the camera body a first coefficient representing the displacement amount of the focal-point optical system with respect to the driving amount of an image surface at the current position of the focal-point optical system and a second coefficient less than or equal to the first coefficient. Transmitting the first coefficient and the second coefficient less than or equal to the first coefficient from a lens barrel to the camera body allows the camera body to carry out accurate processing.
