Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of increasing the degree of freedom with respect to the mode of response with respect to a visitor. This intercom system (100) is provided with a response control unit (7). The response control unit (7) controls response information. The response information is information that is outputted from a slave machine (1) for responding to a visitor visiting a complex facility comprising a plurality of institutions. The slave machine (1) is a device that is provided to the complex facility for use to communicate with any one of a plurality of master machines (2) installed in the respective institutions. Upon receipt of a settings input for setting the response information, the response control unit (7) sets, on the basis of said settings input, the mode of, in the response information, voice information to be outputted in the form of voice from the slave machine (2).
