Abstract:
The invention enables multiple joint connectors to be mounted in a wire harness in a connected state. The invention is a interconnecting joint connector that makes successive connections between multiple joint connectors that house a joint bus bar within a housing, said connections being in the longitudinal direction of the wire insertion direction. The housing has a shape that comprises: a body portion with multiple terminal ports opening at one end of the body portion and provided in a row; dual connecting arms extending from the other end of the body portion, and having a wire outlet portion therebetween; lock sections provided on the dual connecting arms; and lock receiving sections provided on the outer surfaces of the body portion, to interlock with the lock sections. The housing is configured such that: the housing body portion of a second joint connector inserts between the dual connecting arms of a first joint connector to be connected, and the lock receiving sections couple with and connect to the lock sections of the first joint connector; and the wires connected to the second joint connector extend outside from the wire outlet portion.
