Abstract:
An intercooler (10) is provided with: a cooling pipe (20) in which a first cooling medium flow path (22), through which a first cooling medium that exchanges heat with supercharged intake air flows, and a second cooling medium flow path (24), through which a second cooling medium that exchanges heat with supercharged intake air flows, are formed. The cooling pipe is formed by soldering and joining together pairs of plate parts (202, 202A, 204, 204A), which are formed to have predetermined shapes, in a state where the pairs of plate parts are overlapped with each other so that the first cooling medium flow path and the second cooling medium flow path are formed between the plate parts. In the cooling pipe, a flow path partition portion (26) partitioning the first cooling medium flow path and the second cooling medium flow path is set at a location positioned between the first cooling medium flow path and the second cooling medium flow path in the pairs of plate parts, and at least one through hole (260) is formed in the flow path partition portion. At least one clamping and fixing portion (28, 28A, 28B) for pressure-bonding the pairs of plate parts is provided at the periphery of the through hole.
