Abstract:
An interdigital capacitor and a multiplying digital-to-analog conversion circuit, the interdigital capacitor comprising: at least one metal layer, wherein each metal layer is provided with a first electrode and at least one piece of first interdigital metal connected to the first electrode, as well as a second electrode, a plurality of pieces of second interdigital metal connected to the second electrode, and at least one piece of third interdigital metal connected to the second electrode. The at least one piece of first interdigital metal and the plurality of pieces of second interdigital metal are alternatingly arranged so as to form a capacitor, and the at least one piece of third interdigital metal is a piece of dummy interdigital metal.
