Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the field of resonators. Disclosed are an interdigital transducer structure, a resonator, a manufacturing method for a resonator, and a filter. The interdigital transducer structure comprises a first busbar (10) and a second busbar (20), which are arranged in parallel, wherein a plurality of first electrodes (101) are arranged on the first busbar (10), a plurality of second electrodes (201) are arranged on the second busbar (20), and the plurality of first electrodes (101) and the plurality of second electrodes (201) are oppositely arranged at intervals in the middle area between the first busbar (10) and the second busbar (20); the middle area contains an interdigital area and a single electrode area, which does not belong to the interdigital area; the first electrodes (101) and the second electrodes (201) in the single electrode area are connected by means of a plurality of metal strips (30); and a metal thickening layer is arranged at an electrode end of each electrode and at a corresponding electrode position.
