Abstract:
An interest display method in a monitoring technique for a shelf life of food, and a refrigerator. The method comprises: recording a food type pattern and a prompt colour related to the shelf life (S101); reading a bar code of packaged food to be put into a refrigerator and identifying the food type, manufacture date and shelf life of the packaged food (S102);associating the food type pattern with the prompt colour corresponding to the shelf life (S103); and according to the food type and the shelf life, displaying the food type pattern and the prompt colour corresponding thereto, and refreshing the prompt colour at 00:00 every day, and at the same time pushing patent information to a user (S104). In the method, by reading a bar code of packaged food to be put into a refrigerator, associating a food type pattern of same with a colour corresponding to a shelf life, and refreshing and displaying the prompt colour corresponding to the shelf life on a display screen outside of the refrigerator, the user can intuitively know the freshness of packaged food in the refrigerator.
