Abstract:
The present invention is applied to the technical field of set top boxes, and provided are an interface configuration method and device. The method comprises: reading data of program types enjoyed by a user in a memory bank of a set top box; when the data of program types enjoyed by the user in the memory bank of a set top box is read, according to the data of program types enjoyed by the user in the memory bank of the set top box, determining a group to which the user belongs; and according to a pre-stored correlation between the group and an interface, configuring the interface of the set top box to be an interface corresponding to the group to which the user belongs. In the present invention, the interface of the set top box is configured to be an interface corresponding to the group to which the user belongs, so that for a group to which each user belongs, an interface corresponding to the group is configured, thereby designing a diversified interface, and therefore, the interface of the set top box is no longer tedious, the operation process thereof is simplified, and the operation efficiency and applicability thereof are improved.
