Abstract:
The interference optical system (21), according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, is provided with: a plurality of optical elements (22, 24, 25, 26) that form two first and second light paths between the branching of an incoming light beam (F0) and the convergence and interference thereof; and one retroreflection optical element (23) that is interposed in the aforementioned two first and second light paths. As a result, by using one retroreflection optical element (23), the interference optical system (1) having this kind of configuration is able to compensate for tilting of optical elements in the interference optical system (1), and the configuration thereof can be simplified.
