Abstract:
An interference signal processing device for a displacement sensor, relating to the technical field of sensor devices, and comprising a body (1). A connection seat (2) is fixedly mounted on the left side of the body (1); a groove (3) is provided at the top of the body (1); sliding grooves (5) are provided on the front and rear inner sidewalls of the groove (3); a moving block (6) is provided inside the groove (3); sliding blocks (7) are fixedly mounted on the front and rear sides of the moving block (6); the surfaces of the sliding blocks (7) are slidably connected to the inner sidewalls of the sliding grooves (3); a pushing plate (8) is fixedly mounted at the top of the moving block (6); a limiting device (10) is provided on the right side of the pushing plate (8). When the pushing plate (8) is pushed back, a water absorbent sponge (1203) is in contact with the bottom of the groove (3), so as to push sweat forward; at the same time, an air blower (1103) is started to blow air to bristles (1110), so that the bristles (1110) rotate by means of a bearing (1107) to brush sweat forward; at the same time, a water pushing piece (1101) pushes sweat left after brushing by the bristles (1110) forward to complete sweat removal processing work. The apparatus damage probability is reduced and the safety of a worker is improved.
