Abstract:

[PROBLEMS] An interior light socket and a flammable refrigerant refrigerator using the socket, where the socket is capable of preventing loosening of an interior light even under impact and vibration, and where an interior light can be easily removed from the socket. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A refrigerator has an interior light socket (3) installed in a refrigerator interior and an interior light (2) attached to and supported by the interior light socket (3). The interior light socket (3) has a socket body (4) where a screw shell (8) into which a base (2A) of the interior light (2) is screwed, and has a supporting member (5) formed from a soft material, supporting the interior light (2) while being in contact with the outer periphery of a light emitting portion glass tube (2C) of the interior light (2). The head portion of the supporting member (5) has a sawtooth-like shape where gentle slopes (17) and steep slopes (18) are alternately formed so that resistance in removing the interior light (2) is greater than resistance in installing it.
