Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing interlayer curved-surface glass. The method comprises the following steps: 1) providing a flat first glass plate and a second glass plate with a thickness being 0.1-2.2 mm; 2) performing surface preset internal pressure processing on the first glass plate and the second glass plate, wherein the first glass plate and the second glass plate are in a flat-plate shape, and the surface stress of the first glass plate or the second glass plate is 10-1000 MPa; and 3) performing low-temperature moulding processing, providing a rubber layer, laminating the first glass plate processed in the step 2), the rubber layer, and the second glass plate processed in the step 2) in order, and performing low-temperature pressurization moulding to obtain the interlayer curved-surface glass. The method does not require high temperature for bending the glass under a glass softening state, the interlayer curved-surface glass produced by a cold bending method has the advantages of high intensity, no bubble, good bonding strength, low energy consumption, and high machining efficiency.
